Light Simulation
This project explores how light alters interior spaces throughout various times of the day. Completely modeled and rendered in Modo, I created a minimalist room along with a custom ceiling lamp.
The objective was to simulate realistic lighting conditions and observe how materials, geometry, and environmental light influence spatial mood. I modeled the architectural space, the lamp fixture, and surface details.
I created static renders representing lighting at distinct times: daytime, evening, and night. Additionally, I developed a video to demonstrate the continuous shift in lighting over time, emphasizing the dynamic qualities of space and design.
This project strengthened my technical skills in 3D modeling, light simulation, and material rendering, while also helping me understand how to visually convey time and mood.
